1. Under Customer in these general conditions, hereinafter referred to as: "Conditions", is understood the client, buyer, broker and any customer, who gives an order to Bedrijfsverlichting.nl, or has concluded an Agreement with them.
2. In these General Terms and Conditions, ImhofStevens.nl includes all companies to whom the performance of an Agreement is entrusted in whole or in part.
3. In these General Terms and Conditions, "Agreement" means any agreement entered into between ImhofStevens.nl and the Client, any amendment or addition thereto, as well as all acts and legal acts in preparation and execution of that Agreement.

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, deliveries, services and Agreements of Imhof & Stevens.
• If the Client also declares general terms and conditions applicable, these shall only bind Imhof & Stevens to the extent that both directors of Imhof & Stevens have expressly accepted these general terms and conditions in writing.
• Deviations and/or additions to any provision in an Agreement and/or these Terms and Conditions shall apply only if agreed in writing and shall relate exclusively to the Agreement in question.

1. Offers and quotations from Imhof & Stevens are without obligation unless expressly stated otherwise therein.
2. An offer or quotation is valid for a maximum of 1 month, unless another acceptance period is stated in the offer or quotation.
3. The offers and quotations automatically expire after the applicable period of 1 month has passed.
4. Offers and quotations do not automatically apply to repeat orders unless the parties have expressly agreed in writing.
